    • Focusing on the superscription from Psalm 51—the lectionary text for the day—which is regarding King David and his non-apology for his misconduct with Bathsheba to discuss the ways in which patriarchy protects men like King David and Robert Aaron Long, the man who opened fire in three Atlanta-area spas earlier in the week.

A letter to the editor in response to the Unite the Right Rally in Charlottesville, NC in August, 2017. Includes an invitation to the community to attend a 6-week series of workshops using the UCC’s “Let’s Talk” curriculum and resource.
